Our client are looking for a NetSuite Support Analyst / Finance Systems Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day running and support of their NetSuite platform, acting as a key contact for finance and operational teams across the business.

This is a hands-on position centred around supporting users, resolving system-related queries, and ensuring finance processes run smoothly and accurately. Alongside BAU support, you’ll be involved in refining system usage, improving workflows, and helping the business get better value from the platform over time.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience supporting a NetSuite environment or similar ERP platform in a hands-on, operational role.
  • Previous experience in positions such as Systems Administrator, Application Support Analyst, or Finance Systems-related roles.
  • Good working knowledge of core finance processes, including invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting cycles.
  • Proven background supporting live systems, with the ability to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Comfortable working alongside finance and non-technical teams, helping users understand and navigate system challenges.
  • Experience making incremental improvements within a system, including updates to workflows, fields, and basic configuration.
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with a genuine interest in improving systems and processes.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload, balancing support queries with ongoing system enhancements.
  • Broader exposure to ERP or finance systems is important, with NetSuite experience preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for any NetSuite-related queries across the business, supporting users on a day-to-day basis.
  • Investigate and resolve system issues, ensuring finance processes and reporting remain accurate and reliable.
  • Manage incoming requests and support activity, prioritising and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Support finance-related processes within the system, helping to ensure consistency and efficiency in how it is used.
  • Work closely with finance and operational teams to understand challenges and provide practical system-based solutions.
  • Carry out small system improvements, including updates to workflows, fields, and general configuration where needed.
  • Monitor how the system is being used, helping identify any gaps or areas where processes can be improved.
  • Act as a link between technical systems and business users, helping translate requirements into workable solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to end users to improve confidence and overall system adoption.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance system performance and support ongoing process improvements.

Location: Remote (Malaysia)
