OneStream EPM Consultant – EPM, Enterprise Performance Management, OneStream, Anaplan, Hyperion, Oracle EPM, Tagetik, BI, CPM, Corporate performance management, Senior Consultant, Functional Consultant, EPM Consultant, OneStream Consultant – UK – Remote – 45,000-60,000 SEK

Our client, a specialist OneStream EPM consultancy, is seeking a strong financial professional to upskill/cross train into a OneStream Consultant to join their fast-growing team on a full-time permanent basis.

Involved in various projects, you will receive the necessary training and certifications to take responsibility for OneStream throughout the implementation lifecycle, managing the solution and the client’s requirement in line with the delivery plan, agreed budget and overall design.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of finance experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. (English & Swedish fluency preferred)

Main Responsibilities:

• Undertake comprehensive OneStream XF training to develop functional and technical consulting skills.
• Work on client engagements to support OneStream implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Translate client finance requirements into OneStream solutions, including reporting, consolidation, and planning functionality.
• Assist with testing, deployment, and end-user training for OneStream applications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice implementation for clients’ EPM processes.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams, providing insights from a finance perspective to guide system configuration.
• Build expertise in OneStream tools and EPM consulting methodologies to progress towards certification.

Location: Sweden – Hybrid

Candidates must be eligible to work in Sweden.
