Catch Resource Management are excited to be supporting a leading UK Oracle EPM consultancy, currently seeking a Manager-level Oracle EPM Consultant (EPBCS) to join their growing UK team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, high-impact finance transformation programmes, helping clients enhance their planning, budgeting, forecasting, and wider FP&A processes. You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative Oracle EPBCS solutions across the full project lifecycle, collaborating with senior stakeholders, mentoring junior team members, and driving long-term client success.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years building applications in Oracle PBCS, EPBCS, Planning, or Essbase.
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Experience in building and optimizing multi-dimensional models on Oracle EPM platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of financial data, accounting principles, and FP&A processes in the Financial Services sector.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Effective interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and lead teams in a positive, inclusive environment.
Desirable:
- Experience with other OLAP tools (Anaplan, TM1), programming (Groovy, Python, JavaScript),
- Experience with other Oracle EPM products (FCCS, PCMCS)
- Oracle Planning Implementation Professional certification.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate FP&A requirements into practical model designs.
- Design, build, and maintain Oracle EPBCS models, including dashboards, calculations, forms, and metadata.
- Create and manage data integrations to ensure accurate movement of data across systems and models.
- Lead prototype development, testing, and implementation to ensure seamless business integration.
- Provide training, guidance, and support for end-users post-deployment.
- Champion innovation in finance processes and technology, introducing improved ways of working and advanced modelling solutions.
