Catch Resource Management is delighted to be partnering with a growing European consultancy that supports organisations across multiple industries with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing optimisation.

Operating in a hybrid, officeless model, they offer genuine flexibility and independence alongside engaging, international projects.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience with Oracle FCCS and Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
• Strong background in financial consolidation (preferably as a group controller, consolidation manager, or Senior EPM consultant).
• Prior hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion or related products.
• Strong understanding of accounting and consolidation principles (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deliver pragmatic, high-quality solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, informal, and collaborative environment.
• Fluency in Dutch is preferred; English required.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle FCCS implementation projects, from design to deployment.
• Translate complex financial consolidation processes (CTA, equity pickup, cash flow calculations, intercompany eliminations, etc.) into effective FCCS solutions.
• Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Advise clients on best practices for Oracle EPM Cloud adoption and integration.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for existing FCCS environments.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Occasionally travel to client sites
