Catch Resource Management are supporting a global consultancy, looking for a seasoned Oracle EPM Manager to join its growing advisory practice, specialising in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and financial close solutions. This role focuses on delivering technology-enabled transformation projects within the financial consolidation space, primarily using cloud-based platforms.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementation projects involving Oracle Financial Consolidation platforms (e.g., Oracle FCC).
  • Expertise in designing chart of accounts, financial data models, and process workflows.
  • Ability to review and challenge technical and functional designs based on best practices.
  • Previous experience managing blended delivery teams (onshore/offshore).
  • Strong background in financial transformation programs within banking, insurance, or asset management.
  • Experience with other areas of EPM such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting is advantageous.
  • Proven consulting or in-house transformation experience within complex finance environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-cycle implementation projects for Oracle Financial Consolidation systems, from requirement gathering to go-live support.
  • Translate financial and accounting needs into a scalable solution design.
  • Configure and customize consolidation tools to align with client-specific reporting and regulatory needs.
  • Direct testing, training, and handover activities, ensuring the client is set up for success post-deployment.
  • Manage multi-location delivery teams and ensure quality control across all project stages.
  • Support internal practice development by contributing to methodology, tools, and capability building.
