Catch Resource Management is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning, US-based Oracle EPM practice that supports organizations across multiple industries with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementations, particularly focusing on planning projects.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Significant experience in Oracle EPM, particularly Planning Cloud, with extensive hands-on implementation experience.
- Proven leadership across multiple full-cycle Oracle Cloud EPM projects, including solution design and team oversight.
- Deep technical capability across configuration, Calc Manager, reporting, dashboards, and both custom and OOTB modules.
- Skilled with key integration and automation tools such as Data Exchange, Integration Agent, EPM Automate, and Groovy.
- Confident communicator able to lead executive-level discussions and produce clear, high-quality documentation.
- Candidates must be in the US and have right to work status
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and delivery of Oracle EPM solutions from discovery through go-live.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions exceed expectations and drive measurable value.
- Provide expert guidance throughout projects, proactively managing timelines, challenges, and dependencies.
- Serve as the primary EPM subject-matter expert, offering insight, direction, and best practices across engagements.
