Catch Resource Management is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning, US-based Oracle EPM practice that supports organizations across multiple industries with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementations, particularly focusing on planning projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Oracle partner as an Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant -with an open and collaborative culture built on trust, flexibility, and support, offering less bureaucracy and the chance to do meaningful work.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on work with Oracle EPM, specializing in Planning Cloud implementations and support
  • Strong communication skills with proven consulting experience
  • Skilled in building and maintaining Smart View reports, webforms, dashboards, and related reporting tools
  • Proficient in developing and executing UAT, Unit, and SIT test scripts
  • Able to interpret and validate Calc Manager rules through Smart View testing
  • Working knowledge of Data Management and Data Exchange processes
  • Familiar with Azure DevOps and Jama for tracking and documentation

Main Responsibilities:

  • Produce clear, actionable, EPM Cloud project documentation that genuinely supports project success.
  • Gather and document CRP session feedback to help translate ideas into practical system enhancements.
  • Work alongside developers to create and run test scripts, validating that the solution functions as intended.
  • Partner with colleagues, architects, and clients to ensure every deliverable — from design to documentation — is both functional and engaging.
