Our client, an established Global end-user, is seeking an ERP Business Application Security Analyst to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. It’s an exciting time to join our client as they embark on a Digital Transformation journey. As a Business Application Security Analyst, you will be part of the Group IT ERP team, primarily focusing on the role and security setup and structure of the centralised ERP solution (JD Edwards).

This role offers the chance to collaborate with a team of highly skilled and passionate IT professionals, working together to support and align user access security requirements while enhancing the continuity of IT/ERP platforms. Reporting to the Senior ERP Manager, you will work across various business groups and regions to ensure the integration and usability of the ERP system.

Candidates must be located in the Netherlands and available to work in the Rotterdam office three days a week.

Key Skills and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Experience in managing ERP application security (JD Edwards or similar), based on SoD principles; familiarity with CRM or BI system security is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster collaborative business relationships
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal; Dutch is an advantage
• A detail-oriented team player who exercises caution and care (think before acting)

Main Responsibilities:

• Optimise and maintain the authorisation roles structure within the centralised ERP system
• Evaluate and manage application authorisation requests
• Align with stakeholders on security changes and potential Segregation of Duties (SoD) breaches
• Provide structured second-line support on security-related topics for key users, particularly within supply chain and finance
• Actively contribute to ERP rollouts by supporting security roles and setups for both test/UAT and go-live phases
• Document and uphold security measures in line with the client’s Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Serve as the backup for the centralised Identity Access Management tool (OneIdentity)
