Our leading global end user client is actively looking for a D365 F&O Support Analyst, with a background in finance, to join their existing support team. This is a great opportunity to work for a fast-paced and exciting organisation with fantastic opportunities to grow and develop your career within D365.

The company is based in Paris and would require this individual to be on site 3 days per week.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • One years’ experience supporting the Dynamics D365 finance system
  • Experience working with Service Now ticketing system
  • A good understanding of financial procedures and account reconciliations in particular Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable and General Ledger
  • An awareness of accounting and auditing standards
  • Knowledge Dynamics D365 data structures including creating queries to analyse data
  • Knowledge of core processes and Dynamics D365 functionality
  • Demonstratable experience in Dynamics D365
  • Knowledge of technical capabilities of Dynamics D365
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good excel skills
  • Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and a problem-solving approach
  • Team player, able to communicate with peers and escalate where appropriate

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the growing finance system user base via the Service Now platform
  • Respond to users’ functional support requirements
  • Process finance system user onboarding and offboarding in line with audit requirements
  • Work with developers to implement enhancements and bug fixes
  • Build and increase knowledge of the finance system on a technical and functional level
  • Some involvement with agency on-boarding
  • Promote best practice and delivery of service of the highest quality
  • Represent the business professionally and positively at all times
  • Manage audit requirements
  • Assist with helpdesk related project work
  • Ongoing training and development of the helpdesk team

Location: Paris/ Hybrid

Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
