One of our leading London based clients is looking to recruit a Dynamics 365 CE Solutions Architect to help design, develop, implement and support a new D365 Field Service platform.
Key Skills & Experience:
- At least 4 years’ experience with Dynamics 365 CE as a Consultant
- Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Ideally experienced designing a Customer Service or Field Service focused system (within Dynamics 365)
- Designing business process flows within Dynamics 365
- Designing and building plugins, logic apps and work flows
- D365 Common data model experience
- Ability to understand business problems and translate into technical solutions; and vice versa
- Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Design simple, out of the box solutions allow for straight forward adoption, upgrades and support
- Taking the lead on projects with the support of Functional and Technical Consultants, coupled with third party vendors.
- Liaising with other Architects and Business leads to ensure comprehensive end to end solutions are designed
- Technical review of work by technical and functional consultants
- Perform impact analysis
- Create architectural principles
- Maintaining architect documentation
- Guide and mentor junior members of the team
