Dynamics F&O Technical Solution Architect

Our large, ever-growing Microsoft partner client are looking for a Dynamics F&O Technical Solution Architect  to join their European team and assist with D365 projects across Central Europe. This is a Hybrid position. It is essential for candidates to speak Profession to Bilingual German.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience being in the role of Solution Architect.
• Proven experience as an D365 F&O/ISV Solution Architect.
• In-depth knowledge of D365 F&O and CE, with additional ISV software and systems, such as, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Power platform knowledge and understanding.
• Microsoft Fabric knowledge and understanding.
• Strong understanding of architecture principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Fluent in German is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ISV system architectures.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring that solutions are designed and built following best practices.
• System Integration: Oversee the integration of D365 system with other applications and data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Vendor Evaluation: Assess and select appropriate software solutions, and work with vendors to customize and optimize them to meet specific business needs.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in implementations and develop mitigation strategies.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the system architecture.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in, Dynamics 365 systems and architecture.
• A Solution Architect’s daily role on a customer project will vary with the size, approach, and phase of the project.
• The assumption is that the Solution Architect will be involved in every phase of the project, from Presales to Operations, in different capacities.
