Our client, an established Global end-user, is seeking a JDE Trainer/Support to join their ever-growing team due to natural expansion. You will be focusing on enhancing the JDE knowledge throughout the organization and capture feedback and suggestions from the business which can result in an improved way of working through either additional training, system or process changes

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in management sciences, IT or SCM
• Min 3+ years’ work experience in a complex SCM environment or IT Business Consultancy experience
• Oracle JD Edwards application experience within support, consultancy, analyst, super user or similar is preferred
• Experience as a system trainer or advanced key user with “train the trainer” experience
• Basic understanding of B2B integration (like EDI, B2B commerce, collaboration platforms) is a pre
• Fluent in English (both verbally and in writing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance JDE system and process knowledge through (on-site and online) trainings, key users calls, preparing and sharing documents and instructions etc.
• Key role in setting up a structured end user knowledge database consisting of various learning forms such as documents, videos, online learning etc.
• Drive support of (key)user issues, questions within the framework of the Center of Excellence
• Understand end-to-end SCM processes and their resulting requirements
• Support key users: provide and structure hands-on support on the fully implemented JD Edwards solution focusing on SCM

Location: Netherlands

Candidates must be eligible to work or relocate to The Netherlands without sponsorship.
