Workfront Functional Consultant  – Workfront Consultant, Workfront Specialist, Workfront Expert, Workfront Implementation Consultant, Workfront System Administrator, Workfront Solution Architect, Workfront, Adobe Workfront, Implementation, Configuration, Customization, Integration, Administration, System Administration, Workflow Management, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, Solution Design – US – Remote – Permanent – $90-100k plus benefits package

Our client, a global end user organization, are looking for a Workfront Consultant to help implement Adobe Workfront. The role will work closely with the Architecture & Solutions Capability and Project Manager office to build tailored solutions based on business requirements. You will assess existing Workfront implementations, manage/administer Workfront environments, and provide training on Workfront functionality.

The role can be completed on a remote basis anywhere in the US.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Workfront System Admin or Consultant
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with Workfront implementation and optimizing projects.
  • Superb communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Understand Lead to Cash business processes and critical success factors to deliver impactful solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to handle business issues (internal and external) and suggest effective resolutions

Preferred but not Essential Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience configuring integrations and automations using Workfront Fusion
  • Adobe Experience Cloud tool certification (Workfront, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Marketo, and/or Adobe Analytics are desirable)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience leading multi-platform Adobe solutions as a product owner, technical client service lead or solution consultant

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on assigned tasks within agreed-upon timelines
  • Review, analyze, and challenge business requirements during discovery and design sessions
  • Lead technical discussions and produce documentation for Workfront integrations that elevate the end-to-end integrations.
  • Ensure the solutions advised in regions aligns closely to Global solutions and follow the change management process as needed.
  • Drive the design and configuration of Global Workfront instance, ensuring seamless functionality
  • Respond to gaps or needs within scope, ensuring business satisfaction
  • Tackle technical issues head-on, providing validated solutions
  • Identify and communicate project risks to the Enterprise Architect Director and PM’s

Location: US/ Remote
