Our client is seeking a dynamic, well-connected Sales Director for Microsoft AI Business Solutions to lead their go-to-market strategy for services across the UK. This role is pivotal in driving growth, building strategic relationships, and positioning our client as the partner of choice in service industries including construction, engineering, consulting, oil & gas, and specialty contracting.

The ideal candidate will have deep connections within Microsoft, a proven track record in selling Dynamics 365 solutions, and experience in leading sales teams within consulting or partner organisations.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • 10+ years in enterprise sales, with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Partner ecosystem.
  • Strong network within Microsoft UK
  • Proven success in selling to service industries and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Project Ops, CE) and Power Platform.
  • Experience with AI-driven sales enablement and automation tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with our clients’ growth targets.
  • Co-lead marketing strategy and collateral development to support sales campaigns.
  • Over time, build and mentor a high-performing sales team with clear execution frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead market, lead, relationship, opportunity and sales execution management for project based companies in UK and Europe
  • Identify, pursue and close high-value opportunities in target verticals.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with Microsoft, prospects, Partners.
  • Build trusted advisor status with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts, monthly sales reports, and quarterly reviews.
