We’re working with a leading global consultancy to hire a Senior NetSuite Finance Functional Consultant to join their growing ERP practice in Belgium. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact transformation programmes, partnering with a variety of clients across industries.

This role offers hybrid working, with a mix of home working and travel to client sites across Belgium as required.

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end NetSuite implementations, with a strong focus on finance. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that drive efficiency and business value.

Key Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years NetSuite implementation experience
• Strong expertise across NetSuite financial modules
• A solid understanding of accounting principles and finance processes
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment
• The ability to run workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
• Willingness to travel to client sites within Belgium

Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting NetSuite finance implementations from discovery through to go-live
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather and define business and financial requirements
• Translating requirements into functional NetSuite solutions aligned to best practice
• Configuring NetSuite modules with a focus on financial processes (GL, AP, AR, etc.)
• Supporting workshops, process mapping, and solution design sessions
• Collaborating with technical teams on customisations and integrations
• Providing guidance, training, and support to end users
• Contributing to continuous improvement and optimisation post-implementation

Location: Belgium
