You’ll serve as the main point of contact for your clients, cultivating strong executive-level relationships, uncovering growth opportunities, and ensuring each customer experiences a seamless, proactive, and value-focused partnership. Collaborating closely with Sales, Delivery, and Support teams, you’ll advocate for customer needs, guide them through improvements, and play a key role in driving their ongoing success.

Key Skills:

  • Experienced in managing client accounts within SaaS, ERP, or technology consulting, with NetSuite exposure preferred.
  • Strong communicator who builds trusted relationships at all levels, including executive leadership, and simplifies complex technical ideas.
  • Proactive in spotting growth opportunities, managing contract renewals, and driving account development with a focus on client success.
  • Able to grasp client goals and translate them into effective technical or functional solutions.
  • Strategic, customer-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the client journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for your client portfolio, developing trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges, advising on optimal NetSuite and complementary solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion, delivering tailored recommendations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure a seamless, aligned client experience.
  • Proactively manage client satisfaction by addressing concerns, mitigating risks, and guiding clients through system updates and enhancements.

Location: UK Hybrid
