We are working with a business looking for a NetSuite Implementation Specialist to support the delivery of NetSuite projects across multiple business units.

The role will cover the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, go-live and post-go-live support. You will work closely with stakeholders across finance and wider business functions to understand requirements and deliver practical NetSuite solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years NetSuite experience preferably in a consulting environment
• Strong NetSuite implementation experience
• Hands-on NetSuite configuration experience
• Experience with NetSuite Financials
• Understanding of SuiteFlow, SuiteScript and SuiteTalk
• Experience with data migration, testing, UAT and user training
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with finance and operational teams
• NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification would be highly desirable
• Fluent English and French required

Desirable Experience:

• Experience with financial planning and consolidation platforms such as Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Exposure to ERP integrations and broader finance systems landscapes.
• Previous experience supporting acquisitions, business integrations, or ERP transformation programmes.
• Formal project management qualifications or experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support full lifecycle NetSuite implementation projects
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into NetSuite solutions
• Configure NetSuite to support finance and wider business processes
• Support testing, UAT, data migration and go-live activity
• Provide training and support to end users
• Create and maintain documentation including process flows, configuration notes and user guides
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and support timely resolution
• Work with technical teams on customisations, integrations and reporting where required
• Support successful user adoption across multiple business areas

Location:  France Remote
