Are you an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant with a strong consulting background and a passion for delivering successful ERP implementations?

We’re working with a well-established NetSuite Partner that is expanding its consulting practice and is looking to hire an experienced Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant to deliver NetSuite implementations across a broad portfolio of Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution and Services clients.

This is a client-facing consulting role where you’ll lead workshops, gather requirements, design solutions and deliver end-to-end NetSuite implementations. You’ll work alongside technical consultants, developers and project managers to help organisations transform their business processes using NetSuite.

The position is fully remote within the US, with occasional travel to client sites across North America when required.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant with a NetSuite Partner or Oracle NetSuite Professional Services.
  • Successfully delivered at least 6-8 end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations.
  • Strong functional knowledge across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Design-to-Build (D2B).
  • Strong implementation experience with several of the following:
    • Advanced Inventory
    • Work Orders & Assemblies
    • WIP & Routing
    • Demand Planning / MRP
    • Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Experience delivering NetSuite projects within Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution and/or Services industries.
  • Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party applications such as eCommerce platforms, shipping solutions or 3PL providers would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management and consulting skills.
  • Previous pre-sales experience including discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, estimating and proposal support would be beneficial.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivering end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations for clients.
  • Leading client discovery sessions, workshops and requirements gathering.
  • Designing scalable NetSuite solutions aligned to business requirements.
  • Configuring and implementing NetSuite best practice processes.
  • Advising clients on Manufacturing, Distribution and Supply Chain functionality.
  • Supporting data migration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live and hypercare activities.
  • Working closely with technical consultants and developers on integrations and customisations.
  • Providing functional guidance across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Design-to-Build business processes.
  • Participating in pre-sales activities including client demonstrations, solution design, effort estimation and proposal preparation.
  • Building long-term client relationships and acting as a trusted NetSuite advisor.

Location: United States (Remote)

Candidates must be authorised to work in the United States and be willing to travel across North America when required.
